Keeping true to her heritage & both grandmothers style, the owner wanted to bring the best dishes daily to the Beltway region. The Northern part of Louisiana opened the owners eyes to a combination of Southern and Cajun dishes while still embracing the greatness of true Louisiana comfort food.
